Job Description – Jewellery Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Speak with customers regularly over the phone and understand their requirements.
- Speak with customers on phone & resolve orders query, give delivery status, follow orders & stock.
- Handle and resolve customer queries and order-related issues quickly.
- Provide customers with order status and delivery updates.
- Follow up with customers for pending orders and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and stock availability.
- Keep customers updated about new products and collections.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.
- Maintain customer information and order details in the CRM system.




- Understand individual customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
- Maintain positive knowledge of products, stock, and market competition.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Service / Sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Microsoft Excel.
- Good product knowledge.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage customer requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
