- Manage walk-in and appointment-based client interactions at the showroom, presenting products with a transparent understanding of design intent, materials, and specifications.
- Handle inbound enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, and the website respond promptly, share catalogs, pricing, and follow up until conversion.
- Assist in preparing quotations, estimates, and proforma invoices for both direct clients and project/bulk orders.
- Maintain and update the client database, tracking lead status, follow-ups, and order progress.
- Coordinate with the operations team on order placement, dispatch tracking, delivery timelines, and installation scheduling.
- Support the founder in managing architect and designer relationships schedule meetings, share samples, and ensure timely communication.




- Keep the showroom display organized, well-lit, and presentable at all times, including product labeling and catalog availability.
- Assist with packing, documentation, and basic logistics when required.
- Contribute to social media efforts as needed capturing product or showroom photos, noting client feedback for testimonials, and flagging content ideas.
- Stay updated on the full product range (COB downlights, magnetic track, linear profiles, decorative pendants, chandeliers) and be able to explain technical basics like wattage, color temperature, beam angles, and dimming compatibility to clients.
