Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst – MIS & Project Coordination to manage project data, MIS reporting, documentation and cross-functional coordination for the Education Vertical.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain MIS, dashboards, trackers and management reports.
- Analyse, clean, validate and consolidate project data.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, pending actions and dependencies.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Projects, Training, HR and IT teams.
- Prepare MOMs, action trackers, presentations and briefing reports.
- Maintain project documents, approvals, correspondence and records.
- Support project/payment status tracking and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with PSUs, government departments, vendors and educational institutions when required.
- Manage relevant ERP/MIS portals and digital systems.




- Support management in project monitoring and official visits when required.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Commerce, BBA/MBA or related field.

Preferred: Experience with Government/PSU/Education projects or large-scale multi-location projects.

Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi
Travel: Occasional official travel as per project requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
