We are seeking a highly skilled AI Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI frameworks, Generative AI solutions, and cloud-native deployments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and deploying scalable AI systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and up-to-date LLM ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain agentic AI pipelines using LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
- Implement RAG-based solutions including embeddings, vector databases, retrieval mechanisms, and memory/state management.
- Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate LLM-based applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, and related platforms.
- Build hybrid AI systems integrating classical ML models such as forecasting, clustering, and scoring models.
- Deploy AI applications using AWS services including ECS, Lambda, and SageMaker.
- Implement observability, monitoring, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and cost optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders on AI feasibility, explainability, and model selection.




- Develop scalable Python backend services following design patterns and engineering best practices.
- Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python development expertise.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar Agentic AI frameworks.
- Robust understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM workflows.
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent LLM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, and SageMaker.
- Experience in backend architecture, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Good understanding of AI model evaluation, observability, and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
