Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll processing, and advantages administration.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve employee retention and productivity in the IT services & consulting industry.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop corporate HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar function.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools and software (e.g., Workday) for data analysis and reporting.
