- Overall, 10-15 years of experience in IT industry with minimum 2-3 project implementation experience in Oracle Financials
- Proficiency in Oracle Financial applications such as: Oracle General Ledger (GL ), Account Payables (AP), Receivables (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Project Accounting (PA), Procurement, Purchasing and AGIS modules.
- Hands-on functional and technical experience in Oracle EBS Financials
- Experience of application delivery in BFSI domain
- Must have software delivery/development background using Agile methodology due to the technical & rapid nature of the deliverables
- Experience in leading team of 5-10 developers/BA
- Experience in enterprise application of BFSI domain
- Knowledge of technology like Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, Forms Personalization, XML Publisher, and Oracle workflows
- A real self-starter with the ability to drive and make explicit and prompt decisions and solve problems, generating solutions and ultimately getting the job done




- Extensive stakeholder management experience up to client, senior management, inter department, external vendors etc.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
