Job Summary:
To lead and control all painting and finishing operations including surface preparation, coating application, curing, inspection, and dispatch quality for vacuum insulated stainless steel products, ensuring premium aesthetics, corrosion resistance, and high productivity with minimal rework.
Key Deliverables:
1.Plan and achieve daily production targets for spray painting, electropolishing, and copper plating. Ensure smooth process flow and balance manpower across booths and ovens.
2.Monitor line efficiency, takt time, and surface preparation (degreasing, cleaning, drying).
Prevent contamination and defects; control parameters like DFT, spray pressure, humidity, and curing
3.Maintain consistent gloss, color, and finish; verify adhesion, impact resistance, and compliance tests. Reduce defects (orange peel, pinholes, blistering, runs, shade variation) and optimize paint consumption.
4. Ensure proper functioning of spray booths, ovens, and conveyors; plan preventive maintenance and CAPA. Coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns and enforce safety, PPE, ventilation, and MSDS compliance

Pre-requisite:
- B.E.,/B.Tech., in Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer/Production Engineering
- 6~8 years’ experience in painting or electropolishing or copper plating
- Experience in stainless steel or appliance/consumer durable manufacturing preferred
