About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Design Lead / Brand Design Lead who

can take complete ownership of the visual identity and brand design across the company.

The role will involve working across brand identity, marketing design, publication

graphics, packaging, creative communication, and brand strategy, ensuring that every

visual touchpoint is consistent, impactful, and aligned with the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities

 Own and strengthen the company's overall brand identity and visual language.

 Lead design for all major brand and marketing initiatives.

 Develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual systems, typography, color

systems, and design principles.

 Design and oversee marketing creatives, campaigns, social media assets,

advertisements, and digital communication.

 Lead the design of publication graphics, educational content, and learning

products.





 Work on logo design, brand assets, packaging, product branding, and other

physical/digital brand touchpoints.

 Translate marketing and business objectives into strong creative concepts and visual

solutions.

 Develop creative concepts and ensure high-quality execution across multiple formats.

 Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Content, Product, and Business teams.

 Ensure consistency of the brand across campaigns, products, publications, packaging,

and customer communication.

 Contribute to brand strategy through design, helping define how the company

should look, communicate, and be perceived.

 Review and provide direction on designs created by other designers and build a strong

design culture within the team.

 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.

 Stay updated with evolving design trends, consumer behavior, and emerging crea
