Sr. Executive – Digital Marketing
About the Role
Kohler ITC is seeking a digitally savvy and hands-on Sr. Executive – Digital Marketing to support and execute CRM, marketing automation, and integrated digital marketing initiatives.
The role will primarily focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), managing customer and lead data, email campaigns, journeys, segmentation, automation, reporting, and CRM-led engagement programs. The role will also require a solid understanding of the broader digital marketing ecosystem to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with paid media, SEO, website, social media, analytics, and overall customer journey objectives.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across marketing and technology teams, translating business requirements into effective CRM and marketing automation solutions, and using data and insights to improve customer engagement and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Sales Cloud & CRM Management
- Manage and support day-to-day Salesforce Sales Cloud activities related to leads,
contacts, accounts, opportunities, and campaign data.
- Understand lead lifecycle management from lead generation through qualification, nurturing, conversion, and sales handoff.
- Support CRM data segmentation, cleansing, validation, and quality management.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand lead management requirements and improve CRM processes.
- Configure and maintain campaign-related data, audience segments, and CRM workflows in collaboration with Salesforce teams.
- Support integration and data movement between Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, website, digital channels, and other marketing platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead management, customer engagement, and CRM-driven conversion.
- Assist in troubleshooting data, campaign, automation, and integration-related issues.
