Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Gurugram, Haryana Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: ₹33,000 – ₹38,000 per month

About the Role

Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to manage the execution of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and related infrastructure projects in Gurugram and nearby project locations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in site execution, workforce management, vendor coordination, and project documentation while ensuring safety, quality, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day execution of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and infrastructure projects.
- Manage workforce deployment, attendance, productivity, and site activities.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Site Order Books (SOB), BOQs, measurement sheets, and billing documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of manpower and materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks,



and safety audits in compliance with company and client standards.
- Monitor project execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Identify and resolve site-level issues while coordinating with the Project/Operations Manager.
- Capture site progress photographs and maintain project records for client and internal reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all project sites.

Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (Civil preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in Water Treatment Plant (WTP), utility, or infrastructure project execution.
- Robust knowledge of project supervision, BOQ preparation, DPR reporting, vendor coordination, and site safety.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and basic project documentation tools.
