Role Description

The Manager – Proposal (Waste Water Treatment) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This position is responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals for wastewater treatment and related water solutions, including reviewing client specifications, selecting appropriate technologies, and developing detailed cost estimates. The role involves coordinating with design, engineering, sales, and operations teams to gather inputs, ensure technical accuracy, and align proposals with customer requirements and regulatory standards. The manager will participate in client meetings, respond to tenders and RFQs, support negotiations with explicit documentation, and maintain proposal templates and databases for continuous improvement. Day-to-day tasks also include tracking proposal status, ensuring timely submissions, and contributing to process optimization and best practices in proposal management.





Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong domain knowledge in Water Treatment, Water Supply, and Wastewater Treatment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management, including client relationship handling and customer requirement analysis.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Operations Management, especially in coordinating cross-functional inputs and understanding project execution constraints.
- Candidates should have experience with proposal or bid management, tender documentation, and cost estimation for engineering projects.
- Candidates should demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.
- Candidates should have effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, sales, and operations teams.
