As we enter an aggressive national expansion phase, we are looking for a Franchise Sales Manager
to lead franchise acquisition and help establish YogKulam in new cities across India.

? Role Overview

You will own the
complete franchise sales cycle-
from lead generation and discovery to presentations, negotiation, closure, documentation, and onboarding of new franchise partners.

This is a




high-ownership, closing-focused role
for someone who enjoys building recent markets and converting high-value business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify franchise leads through referrals, LinkedIn, exhibitions, industry networks, corporate contacts, and digital enquiries.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' background, investment capacity, and preferred location.
- Present YogKulam's franchise model, investment structure, ROI potential, and partner support system.
- Conduct online and in-person franchise presentations.
- Drive negotiations and convert qualified prospects into signed franchise partnerships.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and re-engage inactive/cold leads.
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline records in the CRM.
- Guide prospects on investment planning, location selection, infrastructure, staffing, and marketing support.
- Prepare franchise proposals and coordinate documentation
