Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and audits
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and financial risks
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Implement and improve internal controls and accounting systems
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
- Manage payroll processing and related compliance

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
- 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Experience with accounting software (Tally, ERP systems, etc.)
- Good understanding of taxation and compliance
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
