What You’ll Do
- Source and recruit candidates for
US Non-IT positions
- Review resumes and conduct candidate screening
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Use
LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and other sourcing platforms
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Work closely with recruiters, account managers, and clients
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment and submission targets
What We’re Looking For
✅ Previous
US Staffing / US Recruitment experience
✅ Robust sourcing and candidate-screening skills
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication
✅ Ability to work in a
target-driven environment
✅ Experience hiring across Non-IT domains such as
Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Skilled Trades, Construction, and Operations
is a plus
✅ Familiarity with
LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, Boolean/X-Ray sourcing
is preferred
