Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive / Manager with robust experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, and Business Analytics. Candidates from Calibration, Testing & Certification, Metrology, Industrial Instrumentation, Industrial Automation, Process Instrumentation, or Test & Measurement industries are preferred.

Business Analytics is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, EPCs, manufacturing, process industries, and R&D; organizations.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, customer behavior, and business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, dashboards, and business insights.
- Manage CRM, sales pipeline, and market intelligence.
- Prepare technical/commercial proposals and participate in negotiations.
- Achieve sales targets and develop key accounts.
- Coordinate with engineering and service teams to ensure customer success.




- Identify new markets and opportunities for business growth.
