Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Export Lead Development Executive to join our textile business at our Head Office in Panchkula. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential international buyers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and textile businesses, developing a qualified export lead database, and supporting the international sales team in generating new business opportunities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential international buyers, importers, distributors, wholesalers and agents for textile products.
- Develop country-wise and product-wise databases of prospective export customers.
- Use Google, LinkedIn, trade portals, industry directories, exhibitions and other online sources to identify recent leads.




- Find and verify decision-makers such as Import Managers, Purchase Managers, Sourcing Managers, Directors and Business Owners.
- Collect and maintain accurate contact details including company name, website, email, phone number, country, product interest and decision-maker details.
- Conduct market research to identify new countries, markets and customer segments for textile exports.
- Analyse competitors, market trends, product demand and potential customer requirements.
- Make introductory calls and send professional emails/WhatsApp messages to prospective international customers.
- Qualify leads based on product requirement, buying potential, geography, volume and business profile.
- Coordinate with the Export Sales team for follow-ups, quotations, samples and customer meetings.
- Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
- Regularly update the status of every lead and ensure timely follow-up.
