What you will do:
Project Managers have accountability and authority for achieving a project’s objectives. They direct a multi-disciplinary team to complete a project. This position will be in NPD focused on managing the project, it’s resources, budgets and project timelines.



The role demands proven project management skills. He/She needs to frequently interface with cross functional divisional counterparts and stakeholders and vendor base located globally.
- ### Analytical problem solvers; dedicated achievers; goal-oriented orchestrators; motivated product launchers and curious learners;
- ### Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control project. Evaluate tradeoffs within project.
- ### Meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine project scope; review with manager for approval. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure.
- ### Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart. Analyze critical path and major workstreams and collaborate with supervisor and/or project PM to establish sub-project budget. Monitor and maintain costs within budget.
- ### Partner with project team to create project Quality Plans using 1
