Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and innovative New Product Development (NPD) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the ideation, design, and development of cutting-edge packaging solutions, with a robust focus on enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of products such as bottle caps, boxes, and other packaging components. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, engineering, and production, to bring forward-thinking packaging concepts to life and continuously improve existing packaging designs to meet evolving market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Innovative Packaging Design: Lead the development of new and creative packaging solutions, including bottle caps, boxes, and other related components that align with consumer needs and trends.




- Product Design Improvement: Identify areas for design enhancement in current product packaging to improve user experience, sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and brand impact.
- Prototyping & Testing: Oversee the prototyping and testing of new packaging designs to ensure functionality, durability, and alignment with product specifications and consumer expectations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, R&D;, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth integration of new packaging designs into production processes and product launches.
- Trend Analysis & Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on current market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings to inform the development of innovative packaging solutions.
- Sustainability Focus: Explore and implement eco-friendly packaging materials and processes to reduce environmental impact and align with sustainability goal
