What you'll do

You will be one human operating what normally takes a team. Our AI workers handle outbound execution, lead enrichment, CRM hygiene, content ops and follow-ups. You own the layer above: strategy, targeting, messaging, the approval queue, and the judgment calls no AI should make. You'll design GTM plays, configure the agents that run them, watch the scorecards, and double down on what converts. Everything you build becomes product feedback that ships within weeks.

What we're looking for

You've done B2B SaaS GTM hands-on: outbound, LinkedIn, founder-led content, or growth systems.



You think in workflows and systems, not tasks. You're comfortable with contemporary GTM tooling (Clay, HeyReach, Apollo or similar) and curious enough to go deeper into agentic AI than any of those tools allow. Early-stage experience helps. A track record of building pipeline from zero helps more.
