Roles and Responsibilities
- Process insurance claims, including property and casualty claims.
- Review claim documents, calculate benefits, and release payments to policyholders.
- Determine actions to take on each claim (e.g., pay, decline, request additional documents).
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the team or department.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Operations or related field.
- Robust understanding of P&C; insurance products, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
