Key Responsibilities
- Debt Recovery: Reach out to clients with overdue accounts via phone calls, emails, or field visits to secure payments.
- Plan Negotiation: Set up realistic installment plans or settlement options matching the customer's financial capacity.
- Record Keeping: Log all contact attempts, conversations, and payment promises in the CRM or database.
- Dispute Resolution: Help customers fix billing errors or account issues preventing them from paying.
- Target Tracking: Meet daily call volumes and monthly cash-recovery goals.
- Compliance: Follow financial regulations, data privacy laws, and company collection policies. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Pay: ₹18,300.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
