To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Specialist - Supply Chain Solutions in Chennai, India.
What a typical day looks like:
- Exposure to Procurement & Finance domains.
- Experience in EMS, Retail, or Supply Chain industries.
- Experience with supplier collaboration platforms or automation tools.
- Drive and support the end‑to‑end implementation of a third‑party Supplier Collaboration Tool, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and business processes to enhance supplier connectivity and overall operational efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive user training including webinars, live sessions, system demos, and interactive learning modules to drive adoption.
- Negotiate and convince suppliers to adopt collaboration tools and ensure smooth go‑live.
- Coordinate connection setup, testing, go‑live monitoring, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. Coordinate and perform UAT for enhancements and bug fixes.
- Provide continuous post‑go‑live support and troubleshoot failed transactions
- Create and update end‑user training documentation.
- Conduct presentations and training for project teams, suppliers and end‑users.
- Support Procurement Automation initiatives across global sites in alignment with corporate directives.
- Build and maintain reports and metrics related to supplier onboarding, and Transaction statuses.
- Interact periodically with procurement teams, site management, and global teams to communation.
