Requirement:
- Software: SolidWorks / AutoCAD
- Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience
- Industry Experience: SPM Automation and Vision Systems
- Education: B.E/ B. Tech Mech

Key Responsibilities / Job Description:
- Develop concepts and design layouts for SPMs and material-handling systems based on customer requirements and applicable standards.
- Create 3D models of parts, assemblies, and mechanisms in SolidWorks/AutoCAD, including complex mechanisms and motion studies.
- Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing drawings in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, including dimensions, tolerances, GD&T;, and BOMs.
- Perform basic design calculations such as strength, deflection, factor of safety, and selection of drives, pneumatics, and hydraulics to ensure secure and reliable operation.
- Design structures, frames, and mechanisms such as cams, linkages, slides, grippers, lifters, conveyors, etc., for automated and semi-automated machines.




- Collaborate with Electrical and Vision teams for the integration of sensors, actuators, and control elements into mechanical designs.
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, ease of assembly, maintenance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with production, machining, and fabrication teams to resolve technical issues during manufacturing and assembly.
- Review and implement design changes while maintaining proper design documentation and standardization of components and practices.
- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, testing, and commissioning activities at the shop floor and customer site, whenever required.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
