- Patient Assistance: Help eligible Ayushman Bharat beneficiaries understand and access cashless treatment.
- Beneficiary Verification: Verify patient eligibility, identity documents, and Ayushman Bharat/PM-JAY details.
- Pre-Authorization: Prepare and submit treatment authorization requests through the PM-JAY system and coordinate with the relevant authorities.
- Claims Processing: Prepare, submit, track, and follow up on healthcare claims and resolve claim queries/rejections.
- Hospital Coordination: Coordinate between patients, doctors, billing, medical records, insurance/TPA teams, and government scheme authorities.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of admissions, treatments, discharge summaries, investigations, bills, and scheme-related documents.
- Package & Billing Management: Ensure treatments are billed according to applicable PM-JAY packages and guidelines.
- Discharge Coordination: Make sure required documentation is completed before discharge and that the beneficiary receives appropriate information.
- Grievance Handling:



Address patient complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Compliance: Ensure hospital processes comply with Ayushman Bharat/PM-JAY rules, documentation requirements, and audit standards.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily/monthly reports on admissions, pre-authorizations, claims, settlements, pending cases, and rejected claims.
- Audit Support: Assist during government, insurance, or internal audits and provide required records.
- Follow-up: Track pending approvals, queries, claims, and payments and coordinate with the concerned authorities.

Educational Qualification
- Minimum: Graduate degree in any discipline
- BBA / MBA – Healthcare or Hospital Management
- Bachelor/Master in Hospital Administration
- B.Com or related field for billing/claims-focused roles
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and hospital software

Experience Requirement
- Experienced candidates: Generally 2–3 yea
