- Assist the Restaurant Manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
- Supervise restaurant staff and ensure proper allocation of duties and sections.
- Monitor guest service and ensure excellent dining experiences.
- Handle guest complaints, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily operational requirements.
- Ensure proper restaurant opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance of team members.
- Assist in staff training, coaching, and development.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, Stores, and other departments.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Ensure proper table setup, service sequence, and adherence to SOPs.
- Monitor food and beverage inventory, requisitions, and stock levels.




- Assist in controlling wastage and operational costs.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, POS operations, and daily closing procedures.
- Assist in achieving restaurant revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
- Maintain daily operational reports and submit them to the Restaurant Manager.
- Support special events, banquets, outdoor dining, and resort activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and food safety standards.
- Take charge of restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
