Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from design to completion.
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for MEP works, MEPF systems and ensure accurate cost estimation.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve issues related to MEP installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during MEP execution.

Job Requirements :
- 2-15 years of experience in the engineering & construction industry.
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation and cost estimation for MEP projects.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and their applications.
- Review tender documents, drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to accurately identify project scope and requirements.
- Prepare and submit project understandings, pre-bid queries, attend the prebid meetings and coordinate with clients/consultants for clarifications.
- Prepare capability presentations, technical submissions, and commercial bid documents in line with tender requirements.




- - Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEPF systems based on tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Perform quantity take-offs and calculate material quantities from drawings and technical documents.
- Prepare price estimation based on BOQs and submit techno-commercial offers to Team lead for further review and submission to customers within timelines.
- Conduct cost analysis and evaluate alternative materials/methodologies to optimize project costs and improve bid competitiveness.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations, technical compliance, and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain strong knowledge of vendor base, market trends, and price discovery for major MEPF materials and equipment.
- Analyze project risks, inclusions, exclusions, and assumptions during bid preparation.
- Support management during bid finalization, negotiations, and post-tender clarifications.
