Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment at customer sites.
- Attend breakdowns and provide timely technical support.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and service activities.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and technical issues.
- Coordinate with customers to understand and resolve service requirements.
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Provide technical guidance to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Coordinate with the internal technical team for complex issues.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
