Primary Role :
- Facilitate and carry out assembly / manufacturing of high end PCP (Pre Charged Pneumaric) air rifles to meet the product specifications and customers demand.
- Analyse designs to match the exacting standards needed for creating and producing high quality customised / regular end-products.
- Perform diagnostic tests on the assembled product to ensure high accuracy and precise results.

Key Accountabilities :
- Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to the specifications.
- carry out high precision calibration and adjustments using the testing instruments.
- Ensure all log books are maintained according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform equipment assembly according to engineering drawings.
- Conduct product testing and performance testing and record the results.




- Perform final checks and adjustments for any defects to ensure high quality products.
- carry out installation, repair, inspection, reassembly, replacements, refitting, and adjustments in the products.
- Ability to analyse and visualize mechanical systems and design.
- Must have good knowledge of engineering drawing (Both 2D and 3D).
- Knowledge/Experience in making technical docs which can be used for customer as well for in-house use.
- Familiar to technology and processes of mechanical industry
- Perform diagnostic tests on the assembled product to ensure high accuracy and accurate results.
