About Shahi Serve

Shahi Serve is building a modern Indian food brand rooted in the food we grew up loving.

We’re starting with
Awadhi cuisine from Lucknow
— think proper kebabs, kormas and gravies, made using authentic recipes and real ingredients, without preservatives or unnecessary additives.

Our ambition is simple:
take India's incredible regional food culture and make it exciting, accessible and relevant to a new generation.

And we’re looking for someone who wants to help us tell that story on the internet.

What you'll do

This isn't a “sit behind the laptop and edit 5 reels a day” internship.

You’ll be a
face and voice of the brand
, while also helping create the content behind the scenes.
- Be comfortable
appearing on camera
for Reels, Shorts and other social content
- Host videos, explain products, tell stories and bring personality to the brand
- Come up with fun, relatable and scroll-stopping content ideas
- Shoot content using a phone/camera — food, products, BTS,



founder moments, events and more
- Edit Reels and short-form videos with good pacing, music, captions and storytelling
- Write hooks, scripts and straightforward talking points for videos
- Experiment with different formats — talking-heads, POVs, street-style content, food reactions, trends, storytelling and more
- Keep a finger on the pulse of
Instagram, YouTube, memes, trends and creator culture
- Work closely with the founder to turn random ideas into actual content
- Look at what's working and constantly figure out
“okay, how do we make this better?”

You might be the person we're looking for if...

talking to a camera
- You can express yourself without sounding like you're reading a script
- You have personality, energy and aren't afraid to be a little goofy on camera
- You genuinely enjoy Instagram/Reels/YouTube and understand internet culture
