Role Description:
The Sales Executive role at Langoik is
a full time onsite position
responsible for driving enrollment in German language programs and exam preparation courses. In this role, the Sales Executive will respond to inquiries, conduct online consultations with prospective learners, and clearly explain course offerings, schedules, and pricing. The individual will follow up on leads, maintain an organized pipeline,



and use digital tools to track interactions and conversions. Daily activities include coordinating with academic staff to understand program updates, preparing sales materials, and supporting marketing campaigns through outreach on email, social media, and messaging platforms. The Sales Executive will also provide ongoing support to enrolled learners, ensuring a positive experience and identifying opportunities for upselling advanced levels or additional services.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in consultative selling, relationship building, and closing sales in an education or service-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in customer communication, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and presenting course benefits to diverse audiences.
- Experience with digital sales tools such as CRM systems, online meeting platforms, and basic data tracking to manage leads and performance.
