Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our four-wheeler automobile dealership in Kollam, Kerala.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating vehicle sales, handling customer enquiries, explaining vehicle features and specifications, arranging test drives, following up with prospective customers, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Freshers with positive communication skills and a strong interest in automobile sales are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1 year or more of experience in four-wheeler sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Generate new sales leads through showroom enquiries, referrals, field activities, and follow-ups.
- Explain vehicle models, features, specifications, pricing, offers, exchange benefits, and finance options.
- Arrange and coordinate vehicle test drives for prospective customers.
- Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations.




- Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads until booking and delivery.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and booking targets.
- Coordinate with the Finance, Insurance, Registration, and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Assist customers throughout the booking and vehicle delivery process.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/DMS system.
- Develop relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, promotional events, and field marketing activities.
- Keep updated on product features, pricing, offers, competitor models, and market trends.
- Maintain professional showroom standards and represent the dealership and brand positively.
