Role & responsibilities :
- Architectural Strategy: Assess current-state application landscapes and define scalable target-state architectures aligned with business goals.
- Solution Design: Produce key architecture deliverables including Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), Integration Diagrams, Application Inventories, and Runbooks.
- Integration & Data Management: Design integration patterns across CRM platforms, ERP systems (e.g., JDE), Web/CMS portals, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
- Discovery & Alignment: Lead technical and functional discovery workshops with business stakeholders and technical leads to extract business requirements.
- Operational Governance: Establish support transition frameworks, application support models, operational governance, and deployment strategies.
- Architecture Repositories: Maintain and manage architectural artifacts using standard architecture repository tools.
