About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our KPO recruitment team and drive hiring for US Accounting, US Tax, Finance, Audit, and other knowledge-based roles.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys niche hiring, stakeholder management, bulk recruitment, and building solid talent pipelines and wants to work closely with business leaders to support rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage hiring for specialized KPO/Finance profiles, including CA, CPA, EA, US Tax, US Accounting, Audit, FP&A;, and related positions.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, databases, social media, and campus partnerships.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future business requirements.
- Conduct initial screening to evaluate experience, technical skills, communication, stability, and role fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.




- Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback, offers, and joining formalities.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process and minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
- Drive bulk hiring campaigns, walk-in drives, referral campaigns, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Track recruitment funnel metrics and prepare regular MIS and hiring dashboards.
- Monitor Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Source Effectiveness, Interview Conversion, Offer-to-Join Ratio, and Hiring TAT.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Support employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.
- Mentor junior recruiters and support the team in achieving hiring targets.

Ideal Candidate
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in KPO, Finance, Accounting, Tax, ITES, or BPO environments.
