We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Call Lead Executive to join our team in Bhopal.

The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, following up with leads, and helping the sales team convert qualified prospects into clients.

Freshers who have good communication skills and are willing to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and communicate with potential clients through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand the client's business requirements and explain our services accordingly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements and interest.
- Schedule meetings or calls with potential clients for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.
- Meet assigned calling and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills.




- Comfortable speaking with recent people over the phone.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow up consistently with potential clients.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior calling, telecalling, sales, or business development experience will be an advantage.
