We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BIM Lead to join Buro Happold Cities team in Mumbai/Bengaluru to work on some of the world’s best and most complex projects.

Your next role
- Leading the BIM/CAD team and providing support and mentoring to ensure quality in project deliverables.




- Responsible for supporting retention and succession planning of BIM/CAD team.
- Oversee adherence to technical standards and meet quality control and quality assurance requirements in accordance with BH CAD Standards, specifications and BIM standards.
- Responsible for quality and managing quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
- The position will involve internal client liaison, assisting in the preparation of fee proposals, winning work to achieve team utilisation and financial control of projects.
- Responsible for ensuring work is delivered to budget, programme and technical standards and meet QA & QC
- Direct line management, including mentoring and managing junior staff ensuring technical excellence is in everything we deliver.
