Role & responsibilities
- Manage and maintain sales records, customer databases, and opportunity pipelines in Salesforce CRM.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers, Business Development Executives, and Regional Sales Teams for regular updates.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer information, leads, enquiries, quotations, and project details in Salesforce.
- Track sales activities and maintain reports related to leads, opportunities, orders, and sales forecasts.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports and dashboards.
- Follow up with sales team members for pending updates and ensure CRM data accuracy.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and customer documentation.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, meetings, and project status updates.
- Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management for smooth information flow.
- Assist in sales planning, review meetings, and management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes and CRM guidelines.





Required Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong data management and reporting skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Office applications.
- Positive analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- Relevant experience of 2 - 5 years in Sales Coordination, CRM Management, Sales Operations, or Data Management.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience in B2B sales support, project sales, or industrial/manufacturing organizations.
- Knowledge of sales processes, lead management, and customer relationship management.
