* Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

* Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads.
* Follow up with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
* Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
* Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
* Stay updated on products, services, and sales processes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
