Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly driven and commercially capable Director – Sales & Business Development (Executive) to lead Fist Innovations’ sales function in a structured, professional and results-oriented manner.

The role will be responsible for building a predictable sales pipeline, managing the sales and business-development team, converting qualified opportunities into revenue, strengthening client relationships and expanding the company’s presence in India, the GCC and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, train and monitor Business Development Executives, sales coordinators and freelance/ channel sales partners.
- Establish a disciplined end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, discovery, demonstration,



proposal, negotiation, closure, payment collection and account growth.
- Build and maintain a healthy, measurable pipeline through CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads, proposals, quotations and client meetings.
- Lead client presentations, product demonstrations, commercial discussions and high-value deal closures.
- Prepare, review and improve proposals, quotations, sales presentations and commercial offers.
- Sell Fist Innovations’ custom software-development services, ERP/CRM/HRMS products, SaaS subscriptions, web and mobile applications, GIS and digital-marketing solutions.
- Identify recent market opportunities, industry segments, channel partners, referral partners and strategic alliances.
- Drive domestic and international business development, including GCC market opportunities.
- Work closely with the CEO, CTO and delivery teams to ensure accurate commitments on scope, timelines,
