Role & responsibilities

1. Contract Management
- Manage and maintain service contracts, agreements, work orders, and purchase orders.
- Monitor contract validity, renewal dates, terms, pricing, and service-level requirements.
- Ensure contracts are executed as per company policies and approved terms.
- Coordinate contract renewals, amendments, and closures.

2. Service Procurement
- Handle procurement of various services as per business requirements.
- Collect requirements from different departments and identify suitable service providers.
- Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate rates, and ensure competitive pricing.
- Prepare purchase orders and service orders as per approved requirements.

3. Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable service vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality, timelines, and compliance.
- Maintain vendor records, agreements, quotations, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve service-related issues.

4. Cost & Commercial Management
- Negotiate service rates, commercial terms, payment terms,



and contract conditions.
- Ensure procurement is within approved budgets.
- Track contract costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and actual services delivered.

6. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all procurement and service contracts comply with company policies and applicable requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of contracts, quotations, approvals, POs, and vendor communications.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required procurement documents.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, Contract Management, Vendor Management, or Service Procurement.
- Experience in handling service contracts and commercial negotiations will be preferred.
