Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will engage prospective clients, conduct tours of office spaces, and clearly explain the features, pricing, and benefits of Energen Works’ offerings. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, managing leads, following up with potential and existing clients, and maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM.



The role involves collaborating with operations and marketing teams to support promotions, client onboarding, and retention initiatives. The Sales Associate will work toward sales targets, prepare basic reports on pipeline and conversions, and provide excellent customer service to maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications
- Strong customer engagement and communication skills, including the ability to present services clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in real estate, coworking, hospitality, or service-oriented industries.
- Ability to manage leads, maintain organized records, and use CRM or similar tools to track opportunities and follow-ups.
- Solid negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
