with strong experience in
OIC Gen2/Gen3, Oracle HCM & EBS integrations
, and enterprise integration technologies.

Skills Required:

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen2/Gen3), Oracle HCM & EBS integrations, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts & Fast Formulas, file-based integrations (FBDI/UCM/CSV/XML), CI/CD & DevOps, BI Publisher (BIP)

: Hybrid (Remote + 3 Days in Month from Baner,Pune Office)

Key Responsibilities:

·
Integration Development & Delivery

o Design and implement end-to-end integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud for Oracle SaaS (HCM/ERP) and on-premise systems (EBS/SOA).

o Build and manage real-time and batch integrations across internal and external systems.

o Develop outbound integrations for third-party applications and services.

o Configure and manage scheduled integrations and file-based processing workflows.

Oracle HCM & Payroll Integration

o Implement Fusion HCM – EBS Payroll co-existence integrations ensuring seamless data flow.





o Develop and manage bulk data load frameworks using HDL/HSDL and Quick Formulas.

o Work with HCM Extracts for data migration, reporting, and integration use cases.

File-Based & Data Integration

o Design and implement file-based integrations using UCM, FBDI, CSV, and XML formats.

o Ensure accurate data transformation, validation, and delivery across systems.

o Build scalable frameworks for bulk data processing and ingestion.

·
Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Performance

o Monitor integrations, identify issues, and perform root cause analysis.

o Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks.

o Optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability
.

API Governance & Integration Standards

o Design and implement APIs following REST/SOAP standards and best practices.

o Enforce API governance, security standards, and integration best practice
