Performance Digital Marketing Executive – Ecommerce

About the Role

We are looking for a performance-focused Digital Marketing Expert to join our growing ecommerce team. The ideal candidate should be highly comfortable with Meta Ads, data analysis, creative testing, content creation, and social media growth.

This is not just a campaign-management role. We are looking for someone who can understand numbers, take decisions based on performance data, create winning creatives, and ultimately improve sales and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads for ecommerce.
- Analyze metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, frequency, ATC and purchase data.
- Make data-driven decisions on budget allocation, scaling, targeting and creative testing.
- Continuously test different videos, posters, hooks, offers, audiences and ad angles.
- Identify winning campaigns and creatives and scale them profitably.




- Manage and grow the brand’s Instagram and Facebook accounts.
- Create engaging social media content that increases reach, engagement and followers.
- Edit short-form videos/Reels using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar.
- Create attractive posters, ad creatives and social media designs.
- Have a strong interest in content creation, trends, Reels and social media marketing.
- Monitor competitors and identify new advertising and content opportunities.
- Work closely with the team to develop new marketing ideas, offers and creative concepts.
- Prepare regular performance reports and clearly explain what is working and what needs improvement.

What We Are Looking For
- Solid practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Ability to understand marketing data and make decisions based on metrics rather than assumptions.
- Good understanding of ecommerce funnels and conversion optimization.
- Experience with creative testing and perform
