Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to drive business growth for DDZYN360 Pvt. Ltd., India's leading architectural scale model company.

The role involves identifying recent business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, understanding project requirements, and promoting our premium architectural scale models,

interactive models, and visualization solutions to real estate developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and corporate clients across India.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, confident in client interactions, willing to travel, and capable of converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Identify and approach real estate developers, architects, interior designers, builders, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Schedule client meetings and deliver company presentations.




- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable architectural scale model solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions in coordination with the internal team.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful projects.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Represent DDZYN360 at exhibitions, networking events, site visits, and client meetings.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, client database, and CRM records.
- Conduct market research and competitor insights.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Travel across India for client meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and project discussions.
- Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate and nurture qualified
