Objectives of this Role
- Establish and enforce robust quality management and control protocols across all construction sites to ensure compliance with IS codes and company standards.
- Lead the inspection and testing of raw materials and finished work to prevent defects and ensure structural longevity.




- Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to identify quality-related risks and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Maintain a "good enough is never positive enough" standard for all deliverables, ensuring every project represents the Vera Developers brand appropriately.

Key Responsibilities
- Field Inspections & Compliance: Conduct rigorous site audits and inspections covering layout accuracy, formwork, reinforcement, and brick/plaster work to ensure strict adherence to architectural drawings and structural specifications.
- Material & Operational Testing: Supervise batching plant operations and raw material lab testing; oversee the quality control of concrete pouring, waterproofing, and tiles/flooring installations to prevent defects and ensure structural longevity.
