Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Support Salesforce releases, deployments, and change management activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and system configurations.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and new features.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Visualforce
- Salesforce Flows
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
