As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Australian Migration Admin to join our Chandigarh office.

Role Overview

As an Australian Migration Admin, you will play a key role in supporting our Registered Migration Agents and case managers by managing administrative tasks, preparing visa applications, maintaining accurate documentation,



and ensuring compliance with Australian immigration requirements.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in Australian migration administration who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in migration or immigration operations, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of visa processes, immigration frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of Australian visa categories and migration pathways, with particular expertise in student-to-permanent residency transitions.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve operational goals.
- Robust decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
