Your Role - Job Role

As a SAP WFS Consultant, you will :
- Gather and analyze payroll business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Design and maintain payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll functions, and operations.
- Configure payroll processes, time evaluation integration, and statutory payroll requirements.
- Work closely with Employee Central consultants to design end-to-end HR and payroll solutions.
- Support payroll control center activities and payroll process optimization.Perform payroll testing, parallel runs, UAT support, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot payroll processing issues and provide production support.




- Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, integrations, and data migration activities.
- Ensure payroll compliance with country-specific statutory regulations.

Your Profile - Skills Required :
- 6-12 years of overall SAP HCM experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Hands-on experience with payroll data migration and cutover activities.
- Strong understanding of statutory payroll requirements and compliance processes.
- Experience in payroll testing, reconciliation, and parallel payroll runs.
