- Manages a large book of business overseeing the utilization of the organization's Operations analysis team who serve as primary liaisons between internal and external customers and Operations leadership and teams to meet organizational and/or customer objectives and needs.
- Builds a customer-focused relationship with internal and/or external strategic decision makers and Senior Management team to align project objectives, and to continuously promote the organization's ability for their domain expertise and data analyses abilities.
- Develops, leads, approves and presents recommendations of operational strategic plans and initiatives to advance the divisional missions and objectives.
- Manages the development, growth, and quality of Operations Analysts to build and continuously improve well rounded teams.
- Provides domain specific subject matter expertise (advisory) to Operations Teams and remains updated on trends in the marketplace.
- Facilitates and coordinates the approval of day-to-day recommendations of the Operations analyst team related to operational dashboards, SLAs, operating procedures, goverce structures and metrics for process and cost improvements.
