Role Purpose

Lead the planning, execution, and continuous enhancement of world-class experiences and events across Jio World Centre. The role is responsible for driving end-to-end event delivery, ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination, maintaining exceptional guest experience standards, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in line with the organization's quality and brand expectations.

The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with internal business teams, external partners, event agencies, and service providers to deliver high-impact events ranging from corporate conferences and exhibitions to cultural, entertainment, lifestyle, and bespoke experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of experiences and events across Jio World Centre.
- Develop comprehensive event plans covering timelines, budgets, resource allocation, operational readiness, and contingency planning.




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Security, Engineering, Housekeeping, F&B;, IT, Finance, and Guest Services to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage relationships with event organizers, production partners, agencies, vendors, and service providers.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
- Ensure all events comply with organizational policies, statutory requirements, safety protocols, and operational standards.
- Prepare executive presentations, project updates, operational reports, and post-event performance reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement by documenting best practices, identifying operational efficiencies, and implementing process enhancements.
