- Prepare and review BOQ, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost estimates.
- Handle RIB Bill preparation, measurement, and submission.
- Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills, final bills, variation statements, and reconciliation.
- Monitor project quantities, material consumption, and cost control.
- Verify contractor/subcontractor bills and measurements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and clients.
- Maintain proper documentation related to quantities, billing, and project costs.
- Assist in tendering, estimation, rate analysis, and contract administration.
- Identify variations and prepare supporting documents for additional works.
- Ensure billing is prepared as per BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
